§1 Validity towards entrepreneurs and definitions

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer
in their version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither
attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text

(1) The following provisions on the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed via our online shop https://www.mixyol.com/.

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not represent a legally binding offer on our part,
but rather an non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer for the conclusion of a purchase contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following provisions apply:
The consumer makes a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our online shop.

The order is placed in the following steps:

     
    1) Selection of the desired goods
       
    2) Confirmation by clicking the "Order" buttons
       
    3) Checking the information in the shopping cart
     
    4) Clicking the "Proceed to checkout" button
       
    5) Logging in to the online shop after registration and entering the login details (email address and password).
       
    6) Re-checking or correcting the respective entered data.
       
    7) Binding submission of the order by clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" or "Buy" button
       

Before the binding submission of the order, the consumer can return to the website where the customer's data is recorded and correct input errors or cancel the ordering process by using the "Back" button in the internet browser they are using after checking their data or by closing the internet browser.
We confirm the receipt of the order immediately with an automatically generated email ("Order Confirmation"). With this, we accept your offer.

(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online shop: We will send you the order data and our GTC by
email. You can view the GTC at any time at https://www.mixyol.com/.

Your order data is no longer accessible via the internet for security reasons.

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date

(1) The stated prices include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. Any shipping costs will be added.

(2) The consumer has the option of paying by

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless we have clearly indicated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate dispatch.
Delivery will take place within 15 working days at the latest.
The delivery period begins, in the case of payment in advance, on the day after
the payment order is issued to the bank instructed to make the transfer, and for all other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract.
If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the
sold item passes to the buyer only upon delivery of the item to the buyer, even in the case of a distance purchase.

    You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
   
   
    The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you,
        who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

    by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to

    Consequences of withdrawal
   

    If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the
    costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the
    least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days
    from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
    We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction,
    unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

    We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods,
    whichever is the earliest.

    You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your
    withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
   
   

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
